Our thoughts are not completely random, nor are they entirely determined by external factors. Rather, our thoughts are influenced by a complex interplay between our internal mental states, our past experiences, and the stimuli present in our current environment.
Some thoughts may be triggered by specific stimuli in the environment, such as a loud noise or an emotional event. However, even when external stimuli are not present, our thoughts can be influenced by our underlying emotions, beliefs, and desires.
In addition, our thoughts can be shaped by our past experiences and memories. For example, a traumatic experience from the past may continue to influence our thoughts and behavior even when we are not consciously aware of it.
Finally, our thoughts can also be influenced by our cognitive processes, such as attention, perception, and memory. For example, the way we pay attention to certain stimuli or the way we process information can affect the content and direction of our thoughts.
In summary, our thoughts arise from a complex interplay between internal and external factors, rather than being completely random or completely determined by external factors

inner work often takes place through your relationships. The inner work is a process of self-discovery, of liberation from externally imposed form, and of personal growth through inspiration and revelation. This produces change, and you should expect that your relationships will undergo change. Such change may be internal to the relationship or it may be external (e.g. separation).
If you want to find a true friend, find someone who is never tired of listening to you and who is always willing to forigive you. Most likely, you will never find that person, except in yourself.
Are you what you are or what you think you are? Is your life your interpretation of it or the actual experience? Is truth the truth or your view of it? Is your reality real or a projection of your thoughts, beliefs, desires and expectations?

Do you want to change some behavior in you? Here is the simplest solution which is also the most difficult to practice. Just stop doing it!
Life is too short to envy other people's wealth. Create your own.
When in doubt, listen to your mind but trust your heart.
With each lie you leave a wrinkle on your soul. With each lie you remove a brick on the bridge to freedom. With each lie, you bring evil closer to your heart.
If it happens once, it is circumstances. If you do it always, it is habit. If it you do it mostly, it is weakness. If you do nothing about it, it is self-denial. If you lie about it, it is deception.
Your problems are gifts from heaven.
When you are flying, you cannot be slack. If you want to enjoy the view up from there, you need to keep your wings flapping.
With each lie you distance yourself from yourself. with each lie, you step away from reality. With each lie you hurt those whom you love.
Use your problems to know what is wrong with you, your actions or your life. Let them tell you why you have invited them into your life and what you intend to learn from them.

What we desire and do not get, all this we find by going in within ourselves. For here indeed are the true desires within the covering of the false. Just as those who do not know the field, walk again and again over the treasure of gold and do not find it. In the same way most of us go into the world of Brahma and do not find it; for we are carried away by our false desires and fail to recognize the true ones even though they are hidden within. We can be taken in by the illusionary natures of the desires and think that the satiation of the worldly desires is all what the soul wants. But it is important to understand that the fulfillment of the worldly desires is part of the process of unveiling of the true soul. The soul is treading the wheel of desire as the fulfillment of one set of material desires can create an ever-increasing appetite for more and more. These desires never become fulfilled. The true desire of the soul is to get off this wheel and find self-realization, peace and eternal happiness. The struggle between the real and the false has to be understood. The false desires are those we search for in the outside world. The true desires are satisfied from within. The basic struggle of the soul is to differentiate between the two and its inability to differentiate is the reason why it takes birth again and again.

usual, but reminding ourselves all the while that our thoughts
and actions ought to focus towards attaining God. This
constant reminder will help our return towards that goal,
again and again, as we loose our path. We will keep loosing
our path repeatedly as our focus will keep diluting, since
worldly attractions will engage our interests more often.
The journey will be long and arduous. It will take
numerous births. Eventually each of us will reach there;
only the time taken will be different for each soul. So is
the case, in our normal life as well.

MEMORY STORAGE-RETRIEVAL
"We use the word “encoding” to refer to memory
deposition, or memory registration, at the time of learning. Weknow that encoding
depends on many different factors such as the amount of attention that is being paid to an
event, how important the event is to that individual, and the extent to which that
individual can categorize or otherwise organize the event in relation to preexisting
knowledge.
The results of the encoding can be held in storage so that later on, even many years or
decades later, it is possible torecall that event. In part, we think recall occurs through
reactivating some of the same neuronal patterns that were important when the
information was being registered in the first place. We believe that memory is stored in a
spread-out, neuronally distributed way in the brain, and that memories are stored
physically in the same areas that were initially involved in processing and analyzing the
event that is to be remembered.
hippocampus is important for storing new memories and for retrieving recent memories. But as memories grow older, something changes in the brain, so that they don’t require this structure for retrieval any
more.
we have patients who have a
memory impairment for a short time, only for one day, for example. And when such
patients recover function in these brain sites, they never recover memory for that lost day.
It is as though those events were never recorded. "

To be unattached is to let go of that which inexorably moves on, to not grasp at the conditional. When we attach to things we interpret them as necessary for our well-being and completeness, so they become distortive of our worldviews and behaviour.
In detachment we turn our back on life, in unattachment we let it flow freely through our fingers.
In the case of being in love and being attached to a person with the emotion of love, an enlightened person would not experience that either. That is not to say they would not love a person, but it is unconditional, non-possessive, and non-controlling./26/4

Most likely, you will never find that person, except in yourself. Are you what you are or what you think you are? Is your life your interpretation of it or the actual experience? Is truth the truth or your view of it? Is your reality real or a projection of your thoughts, beliefs, desires and expectations? Noise does not disturb silence. Noise moves through silence and eventually dissolves in it. The noise that we create upon earth is but a little whimper in the eternal silence of the universe. Failure in good actions is better than success in evil actions. The former lifts you up. The latter pulls you down. To awaken the mind of God, you must rest your own. Once upon a time the demons used to live in far away lands. Later they began living inside us. Nowadays they live right under our roofs, right in front of us as television sets/laptops/smart-phones and talk to the demons inside us. If God sleeps the world will be asleep. To keep Himself awake all this is. Until we know the truth, let us keep sacred things sacred. Fools disagree because of ignorance. Intelligent people disagree because of their excess knowledge. The wise one neither agrees nor disagrees. Hence he is called, muni, the silent one. We are born to die. We start dying from the day we are born. We spend a whole lifetime trying not to remember this universal truth. We ignore it when we are young. We try to deal with it as we become older and perhaps start worrying about it as our bodies begin to fail us. _________________________________________
For the human mind, perception is reality. Perceptions keep changing. Watch the same painting for a few minutes. Every time you look at it, you see something new. Then is it right to live by surface thoughts, borrowed opinions, unverified experiences and assumed truths?
I am fortunate that I am born as a Hindu. I have learned to tolerate my own ignorance and that of others.
Freedom of speech does not mean freedom to lie. Unfortunately some people think so.
We learn from Hinduism this. Your religion does not have to have a name. God does not have to be the center of it. What you believe in is important. If your beliefs can set you free from all that holds you back here in chains, consider that you are blessed and you have come a long way in the journey of your liberation.

When it is dark do not light a candle. Close your eyes and sleep.
Darkness is eternal. Light is just a temporary phenomenon.
Do not speak to the silence. Listen to it.
No one envies your success in this world, unless one happens to be your friend or relation.
When you choose not to walk on a straight path, do not complain that you are seeing only twists and turns.
With a thousand lies you cannot create even one truth.
When you want to climb a mountain be prepared to slip and fall.
If you live in the past, you will be history sooner than you think.
Make the sky empty and fill it again.
It is better to keep some dreams as dreams.
Reality is a tough companion.
Learning is a discipline. You cannot learn without concentration, commitment and humility.
If you hear people saying, "Here is a great leader, praise him," don't believe them. They have been doing that since the earliest times. The best of the human beings rarely received their due credit. They died mostly unknown, just as they are now.
There is no such thing as honesty unless you believe in it.
Do not take history too seriously. It is mostly a story of convenience and wilful insominia.
We are born to die. We start dying from the day we are born. We spend a whole lifetime trying not to remember this universal truth. We ignore it when we are young. We try to deal with it as we become older and perhaps start worrying about it as our bodies begin to fail us. ________________________________________________________________________________________ What we desire and do not get, all this we find by going in within ourselves. Chandogya Upanishad (chapter 3: verse 2) __________________________________________________________________________________________ We can be taken in by the illusionary natures of the desires and think that the satiation of the worldly desires is all what the soul wants. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ He was relaxed with nothing to do. Then the moment is enough. ____________________________________________________________________________________________ I cannot say I achieved. I can only say I tried so much that I was annihilated. I tried so much that any effort became absurd. And the moment came when I was not trying, when the mind was not, when I was not thinking. Then there was no future because there was no past. Both were always together. Past is behind, future is in front; they are always conjoined. If one drops, the other drops simultaneously. Then there was no future, no past, no mind. I was mindless, I was I-less. Then something happened, and I cannot say that this something happened in that moment. I can only say that this was always happening, only I was not aware. It was always happening, only I was closed. So I cannot say I have achieved something."
Buddha said, "I can only say I have lost something - the ego, the mind - I have not achieved anything at all. Now I know that all that I have was always there. It was in every layer, it was in every stone, in every flower, but now I recognize it was always so. Only I was blind. MEMORY STORAGE-RETRIEVAL "We use the word "encoding" to refer to memory deposition, or memory registration, at the time of learning. Weknow that encoding depends on many different factors such as the amount of attention that is being paid to an event, how important the event is to that individual, and the extent to which that individual can categorize or otherwise organize the event in relation to preexisting knowledge. The results of the encoding can be held in storage so that later on, even many years or decades later, it is possible torecall that event. In part, we think recall occurs through reactivating some of the same neuronal patterns that were important when the information was being registered in the first place. We believe that memory is stored in a spread-out, neuronally distributed way in the brain, and that memories are stored physically in the same areas that were initially involved in processing and analyzing the event that is to be remembered.
hippocampus is important for storing new memories and for retrieving recent memories. But as memories grow older, something changes in the brain, so that they don't require this structure for retrieval any more.
we have patients who have a memory impairment for a short time, only for one day, for example. And when such patients recover function in these brain sites, they never recover memory for that lost day. It is as though those events were never recorded. In detachment we turn our back on life, in unattachment we let it flow freely through our fingers.

When you are in relationship with people, in a thousand and one ways you are provoked, challenged, seduced. Again and again you come to know your pitfalls, your limitations, your anger, your lust, your possessiveness, your jealousy, your sadness, your happiness all moods come and go, you are constantly in a turmoil. But this is the only way to know who you are.
self-knowledge is the knowledge of the process of the self. It is an alive phenomenon. The self is not a thing, it is an event, it is a process. Never think in terms of things, the self is not there inside you just like a thing waiting in your room. The self is a process: changing, moving, arriving at new altitudes, moving into new planes, going deeper into new depths. Each moment much work is going on and the only way to encounter this self is to encounter it in relationship.

live without trying to convince anybody.

without trying to be somebody.
What a life!
Not the aspect of the signpost, but what the signpost indicates.
The sign is not what it indicates. If you get attached to the sign,
you get stuck at form level and you cannot see what the sign
points at.
Sound comes from Stillness and to Stillness it returns.
When the sound remembers this, it becomes One with Stillness.
When silence settles in, do not try to fight it.
Remain silent. Words need rest.
Why fight against them?
Do not try to fill the silence, when you have no words left to
say. Just let it be. Thus, if you do not fight it, silence becomes
Stillness.
look at everything you see with love......you will see love in
everything.
In your spiritual journey, you tend to gather as much
information as you can, so as to attain greater knowledge. But
there comes a time when all this information starts to weigh
heavily on you, and exhaustion settles in. This is the time when
you need to let go of the attachment to your own knowledge.
Indeed, knowledge shapes you as an individual, but the
conscious detachment from knowledge will take you
spontaneously beyond everything you think you are. And when
you are no longer attached to what you think you are, you can
dive freely into What You Really Are.
Awareness, observation, acceptance.
That is the answer you seek.
If you think about
Stillness, you turn it into a limited element that you can place in
a certain space and time frame. That is not Stillness, but what
you think about Stillness. The temptation of the spiritual ego is
very high. You are not a peaceful being. You are Stillness itself,
which express itself through a being.

the way of the heart in seeing things is far closer to reality than the way of the mind."
We are one as far as our reality is concerned.
We look separate as far as our fabricated egos are concerned.
become an individual, be yourself.
That simply means that, feeling your reality you will be -- without any trouble -- capable of dropping the false. In fact the false will drop itself. As the real comes in, the false goes out. And the real is from one standpoint, individual -- individual against personality. The personality was just hodgepodge; something was put by your mother, something was put by your father, something by your neighbors, friends, wife, teachers, priests, leaders... It was a patchwork, it was not indivisible.
spirituality is the indefinable urge to reach beyond the limits
of ordinary human existence that is bounded by unconscious forces and self-interest,
and to discover higher values in ourselves and to live them consistently in our
relationships and roles. It involves developing practices that aid us in rising and
expanding, perhaps beyond the merely good to the transcendent, in the process of
looking inwards rather than outwards for our own morality and guidance. Above all, it
means becoming a more loving and compassionate human being, in thought, word
and deed.

According to the Upanishads there is no death, only a change of worlds – a “setting free from the body”. If this is understood, life is perceived as a continuous flow of divine energy, an eternal consciousness that comes into and out of being. We appear and disappear, we are born and we die in countless forms, throughout the ages, until we are graced by coming into a relationship with a living Master who reveals to us the spiritual reality of the Shabd or sound current and connects us to it.
This sound current, also known as the Word, the Sound, Nam, the audible life stream, or the creative power, is the source of all creation, which manifests itself as sound and light in the spiritual regions. As the soul manifests in the body as consciousness, the Word of God manifests itself as inner spiritual sound
Meditation is simply the daily practice of sitting still, for two and a half hours, initially in inner silence, detaching one’s attention from the sense organs to bring the mind to the inner eye centre, where it may concentrate on listening to the Shabd.
The pure Self cannot be found through studying the Vedas, nor through learned argument, nor through much hearing of the scriptures. The Self is known only to those It chooses. To them alone It reveals Its true nature.
The Upanishads, Sacred Teachings, translated by Shearer and Russell
The word “Self” here could be seen as referring to the Shabd within. The Shabd is the silent centre and director of our life; it embodies both the aspect of intrinsic being and the aspect of its being known. It has the ability to break through all obstacles to lay claim to a personal life and to connect that life to itself. The fact that the Shabd is the centre and the director of our lives makes it the pivot of a satsangi’s entire existence. The Shabd has the ability to be reflected or meditated on, and in this way it has the ability to be known by the persons who are experiencing and living in and through it. So the Shabd is found both in the subjective and in the objective worlds of a person.
teach the mind not to be led astray by the senses, nor to allow the senses to form deep attachments to objects, situations, people or circumstances.
The Self is not revealed to anyone whose ways have not changed, whose senses are not still, whose mind is not quietened, whose heart is not at peace.
When the five senses are stilled, and thinking has ceased, when even the intellect does not stir, then, say the wise, one has reached the highest state.
The Upanishads, Sacred Teachings, translated by Shearer and Russell
By overcoming the fear of silence, solitude and darkness and distractions from the inner path, the soul gains the power to attach itself to the Shabd and to pass to the divine regions within.
turn away from the world whilst living in it in a detached way, and the ruling force of this region will not let us leave without a fight. The world’s temptations and illusions will continue and may intensify, but once initiated we no longer belong to the world. We belong to the Master.
In the world but not of it
If we visit a large aquarium, we look into the tank through a reinforced glass side and see all the marine life within. We are not part of that world, and we could not survive in it. We are merely observers. That is the way we should look at the world at large, as though through a toughened glass window. Clearly, we have to do our duty in the world, but the rest of it can pass us by behind the glass screen, if we practise the art of being an observer rather than a participator. Then we can be in the world but not of the world. Even with events that do affect us personally, we should remember the old Chinese saying, that the wise man observes difficulties but does not experience them.

view of the spiritual adepts, who incarnate into this form of existence to show us the way back to the reality of our spiritual identity and relationship with God.
Masters past and present tell us that we have to learn “to die while living”. The secret of life lies in our ability to recognize and overcome our fear of the silence of the grave and to rehearse the process of physical death while we are alive – to be released from the fear of it, so that at the time of our actual death we will be able to do what needs to be done.
the psychic contents of the unconscious that surface to
consciousness should be left to dissipate as they well up. Once
the energy of the unconscious is exhausted, it can no longer be
harmful.
When "wandering thoughts"22 interrupt concentration,
the practitioner should be aware of them, but he should simply
let them go. By continuing to concentrate on the point between the eyebrows, the various complexes which have accumulated in the unconscious will be purged, and the mind will
be entirely cleansed. When this point is reached, concentration will no longer be hindered by the presence of wandering
thoughts. Rather, the practitioner will be able to sustain his
concentration deep and long, and as a result the shell of his ego
will gradually be broken. When this occurs and individuality
is fractured, the successful practitioner will experience contact
with Being of a higher dimension through, as it were, the gaps
in the broken shell of his individuality. Initially, this experience will last only a few seconds.
"Every moment of your life you are being carried to fulfilment, irresistibly. Everything that comes to you does so to improve, correct or alter your nature, thereby taking you nearer perfection. So, whenever agitation assails your mind, ponder over this truth again and again."unless you begin to employ your mind and intelligence, there will be no meaning, progress or purpose.

meditation implies awareness: awareness of the earth, the
beauty of the earth, the dead leaf, the dying dog, the dog that is
diseased, not just awareness of something or the other, to be aware
of your environment; to be aware of your neighbour; to be aware of
the colours you carry, why you wear that colour and those beads, to
be aware of that; to be aware of the beauty of the wind among the
leaves; to be aware of your thoughts, your feelings. That means to
be aware without choice - just to be aware. That hightens your
sensitivity. To observe diligently everything.
When you say, I will
do something, do it, never forgetting what you have said. Do not
say something you don't mean. That is part of meditation. That is,
to be aware of your feelings, your conditioning, your opinions,
your judgments, and to your beliefs, so that in that awareness, there
is no choice - just to be aware of the beauty of the earth, the skies
and the lovely waters. And when you are so aware, then there is
attention. To attend: to attend to what the speaker is saying, not
only to the speaker but to what your wife is telling you, or your
husband is telling you or your children are telling you, what the
politicians are telling you - their trickery, their search for power,
position; to attend. When you so profoundly attend, there is no
centre as the 'me' to attend. That is also meditation.

mind-meditation
mind has a natural capacity to meditate if you give it objects which are appealing to it
(deception-mind will go after appealing things not become simply aware)
create a special place – a corner in the home where you can meditate every day – then don’t use that corner for any other purpose, because every purpose has its own vibration. Use that corner only for meditation and nothing else. Then the corner will become charged and it will wait for you every day.(mottai madi 9 30-10 pm)
The place will be helpful to you, the milieu will create aparticular vibration, a particular atmosphere in which you can go deeper and deeper more easily. That’s the reason why temples, churches and mosques were created – just to have a place that existed only for prayer and meditation.
If you can choose a regular hour to meditate, that’s also very helpful because your body, your mind, is a mechanism. (9/30-10)
Meditate every day in the same place, at the same time, and you will create ahunger for meditation within your body and mind. Every day at that particular time your body and mind will ask you to go into meditation. It will be helpful.
A space is created in you which will become a hunger, a thirst.

religion is the sense of comprehension of the totality of existence, in which there is no division between you and me. Then if there is that quality of goodness which is virtue, real virtue not the phony virtue of society, but real virtue, then the mind can go beyond and find out, through meditation, through a deep, quiet silence, if there is such a thing as reality. Therefore a religious mind is a mind that is constantly aware, sensitive, attentive, so that it goes beyond itself into a dimension where there is no time at all. -----JK

=======================================
This aloneness is not aching, fearsome loneliness. It is the aloneness of being; it is uncorrupted, rich, complete. That tamarind tree has no existence other than being itself. So is the aloneness.
One is alone, like the fire, like the flower, but one is not aware of its purity and of its immensity, One can truly communicate only when there is aloneness. Being alone is not the outcome of denial,of self-enclosure. Aloneness is the purgation of all motives, of all pursuits of desire, of all ends Aloneness is not an end product of the mind. You cannot wish to be alone. Such a wish is merely an escape from the pain of not being able to commune.
Loneliness, with its fear and ache, is isolation, the inevitable action of the self. This process of isolation, whether expansive or narrow, is productive of confusion, conflict and sorrow. Isolation can never give birth to aloneness; the one has to cease for the other to be. Aloneness is indivisible and loneliness is separation. That which is alone is pliable and so enduring.

you are doing. When there is love there is no duty and no responsibility.

obstacles that one must overcome for meditation to be successful.
? The first is mental scattering or distraction, -arises at the coarse level of mind and refers to the tendency for our thoughts to be scattered.
? The second obstacle is dullness and drowsiness,or the tendency to fall asleep.
? The third is mental laxity----our mind is unable to retain sharpness and clarity.
Finally, at a more subtle level, there is mental excitement, or agitation which stems from the fluctuating, changeable nature of our mind.

SILENCE IS NOT to be cultivated, it is not to be deliberately
brought about; it is not to be sought out, thought of, or meditated
upon. The deliberate cultivation of silence is as the enjoyment of
some longed for pleasure; the desire to silence the mind is but the
pursuit of sensation. Such silence is only a form of resistance, an
isolation which leads to decay. Silence that is bought is a thing of
the market in which there is the noise of activity. Silence comes
with the absence of desire. Desire is swift, cunning and deep.
Remembrance shuts off the sweep of silence, and a mind that is
caught in experience cannot be silent. Time, the movement of
yesterday flowing into today and tomorrow, is not silence. With the
cessation of this movement there is silence, and only then can that
which is unnameable come into being. V

Ingrained patterns or seeds drive our unconscious behaviors and limiting beliefs that lead to suffering. These patterns are continuously refreshed and new ones created by experiences resulting from our actions. We start to dissolve these seeds and transform ourselves the moment we start to awaken and take conscious action fully accepting our personal power. As we transform, expand, and integrate universal energies into us, we finally liberate ourselves from this vicious cycle to live our lives in peace, harmony, and balance fully experiencing the beautiful vibrational universe inside and all around us, rejecting nothing, suffering nothing, embracing the totality of spiritual and material prosperity and abundance.

The Seven Realities
Existence, Love, Sacrifice, Renunciation, Knowledge, Control, and Surrender
I give no importance to creed, dogma, caste, or the performance of religious ceremonies and rites but to the understanding
of the following seven Realities:
1. Real Existence - Self in every finite self.
2. Real Love - love for this Infinity, causing an intense longing to see, know, and become one with its Truth (God).
3. Real Sacrifice -in pursuance of this love, all things-body, mind, position, welfare, and even life -are sacrificed.
4. Real Renunciation is that which abandons, even in the midst of worldly duties, all selfish thoughts and desires.
5. Real Knowledge is the knowledge that God is the inner dweller in good people and in so-called bad, in saint and in
so-called sinner.
This knowledge requires you to help all equally as circumstances demand without expectation of reward; when compelled
to take part in a dispute, to act without the slightest trace of enmity or hatred, to try to make others happy with brotherly
or sisterly feeling for each one; and to harm no one in thought, word, or deed-not even those who harm you.
6.Real Control-discipline senses to abstain from indulgence in low desires,to ensure absolute purity of character.
7.Real Surrender -poise is undisturbed by any adverse circumstance; and the individual, amidst every
kind of hardship, is resigned with perfect calm to the will of God.
_____________________________________________Thinking is a capacity; thoughts are not. Thoughts can be learned from others; thinking, never. Thinking you have to learn yourself.
first clean the mind of past conditioning-train it to ignore past/future and be aware of the PRESENT ONLY
THEN use the UNCONDITIONED/FRESH MIND TO perceive/get insight into REALITH/TRUTH
in sleep-present but unaware
while awake be present AND aware
dont eat the menu-and ignore the acual dish
have time for relating to the sorrows of others -even while in your sadness
Awareness automatically makes for the Buddhist principle of moderation or adopting the middle path. This makes a person follow the mini-max principle (easy minimum of the bad habit and maximum of the good habit) which is the opposite of the all or none approach. The sequence is awareness, acceptance and transcendence. Awareness becomes a habit and induces a series of sequential changes gradually leading to awareness of one's personality, factors affecting personality, needed change and actual behavioral change in several different aspects.
The trouble with people is that they’re busy fixing things they
don’t even understand. We’re always fixing things, aren’t we? It
never strikes us that things don’t need to be fixed. They really don’t.
This is a great illumination. They need to be understood. If you
understood them, they’d change.

Vairagya is the most essential requisite for a person who wishes to
attain Self-knowledge, which alone will lead to eternal bliss. It is said in
viveka-chudamani "one who attempts to attain Self-knowledge
without cultivating dispassion is like a person trying to cross a river on
the back of a crocodile, mistaking it for a floating log of wood. He is sure
to be eaten up by the crocodile midway.""
The essential requisite for a spiritual aspirant is purity of mind. There
are six enemies of the spiritual aspirant and all these arise in the mind.
These are desire, anger, greed, infatuation, pride, and jealousy. Of these,
the first, desire, is the cause of all the other five. That is why so much
stress is laid on the rooting out of desire from the mind.
The chandogya
upanishad explains how the mind can be made pure.
ch. up. 7.26.2 says: AhArashuddhau sattvashuddhiH—---
“From purity of food follows purity of the internal organ (mind). From the
purification of the internal organ unfailing memory results. When
memory is attained, all the knots of the heart are cut asunder”.
sankara-
By food is - all that is enjoyed through the senses.
all enjoyments should be free of all defects such as attachment, repulsion or
delusion.
When all enjoyments are pure, the internal organ becomes
pure.
From the purification of the internal organ there arises continuous
memory of the Infinite Self.
Then follows the destruction of all the bonds
born of nescience which had become hardened by the vAsanas
accumulated over innumerable lives.
Therefore one should ensure that everything that one enjoys is pure.

The first stage of moksha
is where you experience a sense of neutrality towards problems
and miseries. In the first stage of moksha, one experiences
indifference towards any worldly unhappiness. Even in worldly
unhappiness, one remains unaffected. In the midst of oopadhi
(suffering imposed upon you by others or external factors) you
experience samadhi (to be free from suffering and to experience
the state of one’s own bliss). That is the first stage of moksha.
The second stage of moksha, permanent moksha, is attained
after death. The first stage of moksha should be attained here
and now. I experience this first stage of moksha all the time.
Moksha should be such that even while one lives amongst the
worldly things, they do not affect him. That is the moksha one
must strive for. There is no bondage. This stage of moksha is
possible through Akram Vignan.

God is in every creature whether, visible or invisible.
Not in creation.”
God does not
reside in any manmade things.
[manmade things fundamentally constitute nature made things - earth, raw materials, chemicals, gases]
God is present in all things that
are naturally created. Therefore, God resides in every creature
whether visible or invisible.[living or non-living]
There are infinite invisible creatures
between you and me, which cannot be seen even under a microscope. God resides in all of them.
Now what does God do? He only gives light to every living being. How you utilize that light is up to you.
